St. Jude's Research Hospital was created by philanthropist, comedian, actor, singer, Danny Thomas. St. Jude's is primarily a hospital that focuses on childhood cancer. According to St. Jude's website, it does not charge parents for their children's medical care. If the family has no insurance, St. Jude's covers the entire cost. If the family has insurance and the insurance charges the family deductible and/or co-pays, St Jude covers those costs!
St. Jude's has put out a call for people to share free, virtual Valentine's Day Cards with children who are under St. Jude's care.
