Erick DuPree is an anthropologist whose expertise lies in exploring the intricate ways dolls have molded human experiences across various landscapes such as identity, gender, social history and in art. Erick's life-long fascination with dolls lead him to research the multifaceted roles dolls play in shaping our world. He received his PhD from Queen’s University, and through meticulous examination and analysis, Erick has become a leading expert in the rich social history dolls. He is the author of Dolls Beyond Play: The Cultural Significance of Dolls.
