Avanti Paul brings over 20 years of experience in leading global operations, building large-scale strategic programs, and developing high-performing teams. Throughout her corporate career, Avanti demonstrated a remarkable ability to transform underperforming divisions by fostering an equitable, team-based culture. Her extensive background includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Southern Research Institute in Birmingham and holding various leadership roles at S&P Global, such as Head of Global Operations, Head of Strategic Initiatives, Lean Coach, and Healthcare Credit Analyst.
In her corporate journey, Avanti found immense joy in seeing underserved and underrepresented communities thrive when given access to opportunities. This passion, combined with her experience as a mother of two young children, inspired her to open an inclusive toy store—the first of its kind, as far as she knows. Avanti finds it incredibly fun and rewarding to research and discover truly inclusive and unique toys from small shops, many of which are owned by women. Her store not only brings joy to children but also supports the growth of small businesses and promotes a more inclusive society.
